Job Description

We are working with a wonderful client in search of an HR Coordinator who enjoys being at the center of it all-supporting employees, partnering with leadership, and helping HR operations run smoothly. This role supports the day-to-day human resources operations of a professional services organization and plays an important role across the full employee lifecycle.

Pay: $65,000-$70,000 Yearly

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR operations and employee support
  • Handle employee relations, including problems, concerns, and complaints
  • Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Coordinate open enrollment and benefits administration
  • Assist with HR services and administrative tasks
  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation
  • Partner with leadership to help stabilize and strengthen HR processes
  • Serve as a resource to help bring structure and consistency back to HR operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR coordination
  • Experience supporting employee relations in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with benefits administration and open enrollment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
